STOP THROWING AWAY YOUR DUST COLLECTOR CARTRIDGE
FILTERS!!! WE CAN CLEAN THEM FOR ABOUT HALF THE PRICE OF
BUYING NEW ONES!!!
Are you grinding, welding, blasting, powder coating,
sanding, mixing, finishing metal, cutting stones or
ceramic or wood? Are you creating dust in any way and
using a dust collector to clean your air? Then you know
that it is very expensive to replace your cartridge
filters. If you have a Nordson, Binks, Wagner, Colmet,
Deimco or other coating booth we can clean your filters.
If you have a Torit, Dust-Hog, Steel Craft, Aercology,
AAF or similar cartridge style dust collector we can
clean your filters.
We use a DRY cleaning process to clean your filters. We
DO NOT use any water, solvents or chemicals in our
cleaning process. Water, solvents and chemicals are
harsh on your filter and erode the media. This will
compromise the integrity of your filter and lower the
efficiency of your filters. We use a SONIC DRY CLEAN
process. This process combines sonic pulsation with
compressed air and vacuums to release the particles from
your filters. Using our cleaning process you can expect
to receive 100% life out of your cleaned filter. It has
also been proven that a filter cleaned by our process
actually filters better than a brand new filter.
Depending on your application, your filter can be
cleaned multiple times resulting in big savings.
We give every filter you send in a serial number. We
then weigh the filter and take a static pressure
reading. Next we clean the filter. After we clean the
filter we weigh it again and take another static
pressure reading. Finally, we inspect the filter to make
sure it does not have any holes. We document all this
and return this information to you with your cleaned
filters.
Not only is this process very economical, but it is very
environmentally friendly. The average filter from a dust
collector has over 200 sq ft of paper media. By
recycling these filters we are greatly reducing paper
waste. In addition, the average size of one of these
filters is about one foot in diameter and over two feet
tall. This takes up a lot of landfill space. By
recycling these filters we are greatly cutting back on
the amount of waste going to the landfill |
